After successful payment, your rack is usually ready for operation within two working days.
All accessories for data center racks (such as cable ducts, shelves, drawers, etc.) are available from green.ch. We look forward to receiving your inquiry.
A subscription can be upgraded at any time. We will invoice the difference. Free downgrades are possible at the end of the invoicing period in compliance with the notice period.

Support is available from 08:00 to 17:30 (CET), Monday to Friday (except holidays).
The Business Support Team is the first contact for all questions not related to sales. Problems that cannot be solved by the Support Team will be escalated to the responsible technical or business employee.
green.ch is not involved in any way in the administration, operation, or configuration of your infrastructure in the colocation rack; you are fully responsible for your infrastructure. We run the data center infrastructure.
The customer is responsible for maintaining his infrastructure in the colocation rack. In accordance with existing standards, green.ch carries out maintenance and fail-safe tests for all electrical circuits, air conditioning systems, fire alarm and fire extinguishing systems, intrusion and water detection systems.
Administration tasks can be carried out over the Internet. For tasks that require physical presence, Green offers its professional Remote Hands services.
The personal badge and the combination for the rack lock give the customer access to the rack at any time (24/7).
Please note that a badge is for personal use only and non-transferable. Additional badges can be issued.
