Modern data centers are operated on a lights-out basis. Our systems monitor the infrastructure 24/365. Due to modern remote management systems, servers, disks and network equipment usually do not require any manual intervention following installation. However, for unclear or confusing displays of these systems, or for mechanical work, on-site personnel are required.
Our Remote Hands service will reliably perform clear defined tasks in accordance with your instructions. This includes checking indicator lights and displays as well as checking or disconnecting/reconnecting clearly labeled cable connections.
We use trained technicians to perform more difficult tasks requiring greater expertise. Typical tasks handled by our Smart Hands specialists include structured troubleshooting, the replacement of clearly identifiable devices and components or firmware upgrades.
